We like to work with people in order to find suitable sites or properties which can then be developed or refurbished to provide premises designed to specific specifications. We have been involved with a wide spectrum of properties from new build with modern contemporary designs to historic character buildings which require sympathetic renovation and maintenance.
Investment
Ashridge Estates is looking to expand its property investment portfolio in both the commercial and residential sectors.
We have funds immediately available for acquisitions and have the ability to progress transactions within a short timescale.
Ashridge Estates is willing to pay introductory agency fees when a property purchase proceeds.
Consultancy
Ashridge Estates is involved in a wide range of nationwide commercial property work where we like to work with people with the overall objective of providing the ideal property solution.
This means exploring key issues and specific needs in some depth by using a consultative approach which may involve finding suitable sites and buildings, lettings, sales, planning, building regulation approval and project management.
